Early Proof
Real questions. Strategic answers.
Bryan Strategy Lab is newly public, but the work has already started behind the scenes. Early clients have been bringing real questions around naming, offers, websites, AI, client flow, and business structure.
A community organization came to Bryan Strategy Lab with a naming decision for a seniors program focused on culturally appropriate meal support and care.
Two names were being considered: one connected to Mary Seacole, and another called Senior Soulcare.
The recommendation was to use Senior Soulcare as the public-facing program name because it was easier to understand quickly, felt warm and community-connected, and clearly pointed to care and support.
The Mary Seacole reference still had value, but it was better suited for a special event, annual recognition, Black history education moment, or International Women's Day feature connected to the program.
The lesson: naming is not just about what sounds good. It is about audience, clarity, cultural meaning, emotional connection, and how quickly people understand what the program is meant to do.
