of operating experience
Operations · Customer experience · Business building
Meet Jeannine
Strategy shaped by real operating experience.
I spent years inside operations at 311 Toronto, where a small process problem could affect thousands of people. That is where I learned to look at how work actually moves, not how it is supposed to move on paper. I have also run businesses of my own, which means I know what a quiet Tuesday with no bookings does to your judgement.
That combination is the reason I look at the whole business rather than one piece of it. Whatever we build has to work on the ordinary days too.
More than 25 years of experience across operations, customer experience, service quality and performance improvement.
A busy week is the real test of any system.

The through-line
Two careers, one way of working.
The operations side is where the systems thinking comes from. Running a large service line means living inside the details most owners never get to see — where time leaks, where handoffs break, where one small process change moves a big number. That’s the lens I bring to business efficiency: find the friction, fix the few things that actually matter, and leave the rest alone.
The creative side is where the empathy comes from. I’ve booked the gigs, priced my own work, chased the invoices and built an experience clients actually feel. I’ve carried the same weight my clients carry, so the strategy is never abstract. It’s built for someone who is already busy, already good at the work, and has no time for a system that only looks good on a slide.
Customer experience, workflow, and where AI genuinely fits aren’t separate specialties to me. They’re the same instinct — make the business run smoother for the people inside it and the people it serves — applied with tools that earn their place.

Then: implementation is not a fourth way in. It follows the recommendation we agree on — websites, systems, workflow improvements and AI setup, built to that plan. See how we help
